APSIMON WHEELER BROWN will be showing their latest work Thirteen Hairs as part of the Whitstable Biennale Satellite Programme. They describe it as a context specific work using individual hairs donated by thirteen Whitstable residents. They will perform a series of improvisations using the hairs and install them in the gallery space in the lead up to the Biennale which runs from 4th - 12th June. A physical manifestation of Gallery In Space is threatened to manifest as a pop-up space at yet to be disclosed venues during the Biennale. Each of the participating hair donors have predicted what the artists will do with their hairs - we look forward to seeing how their expectations meet APSIMON WHEELER BROWN'S processing. http://www.whitstablebiennale.com/ http://satellite.whitstablebiennale.com/project/thirteen-hairs/
